International Standards Compliance

Adherence to the stringent requirements of leading global brands.

International Inspection Standards

We adhere to the most stringent international quality standards to ensure consistent, objective evaluation.

ANSI / ASQC Z 1.4

Standard for sampling procedures and tables for inspection by attributes (1993).

DIN 40080 / BS 6001

ISO 2859-1 compliant standards are used for international consistency.

Single Sampling Plan

Normal inspection protocols are designed to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Three-Stage Inspection Process

We conduct comprehensive inspections at critical junctures throughout production to identify and resolve issues early, ensuring consistent quality and minimizing costly rework.

Stage 1

Pre-Production (PPI)

TIMING

Before bulk production begins (10-20% materials ready)

Laying a Solid Foundation

Prevent defective materials from entering production lines early

Key Activities

  • Raw Materials Assessment (Weight, shrinkage, colorfastness)
  • Fabric Defect Analysis (4-Point System)
  • On-Site Lab Tests (GSM check, shrinkage, color shade matching)

Stage 2

In-Process (DUPRO)

TIMING

When 20–80% of production is complete

Ensuring Consistency on the Line

Correct problems mid-production to avoid rework on full lots

Key Activities

  • Sewing Line Monitoring (SPI checks, needle alignment)
  • Inline Quality Checks (No loose threads, proper hemming)
  • Testing & Analysis (Seam strength pull tests)
  • Factory-Level QC Integration (Table-wise checks)

Stage 3

Final Inspection (FRI)

TIMING

When 80–100% of goods are packed

The Last Line of Defense

The Last Line of Defense

Ensure only compliant products reach your customers.

Key Activities

  • AQL-Based Sampling (Critical, Major, Minor defects)
  • Advanced Testing (Barcode scanning, needle detection)
  • Packaging Integrity & Label Verification
  • Remediation Protocol (100% re-inspection if fails)

CLASSIFICATION

AQL Standards &

Visualizing Our Standards

Before any garment production begins, every roll of fabric is inspected for defects. This is the first and most crucial step in our quality control process.

Visual Inspection

Each garment is examined for visible flaws, including stains, fabric snags, and stitching inconsistencies.

Metal Detection

All completed garments are passed through a metal detector to ensure there are no broken needles.

Fabric Stretch & Recovery

Elasticity and recovery tests were conducted to ensure that the fabric retains its shape and provides comfort.

Moisture Content Check

Packaged goods have been tested to prevent mildew and ensure product integrity during shipment.

Measurement Check

Precise measurements of critical garment dimensions were taken to ensure they align with the approved specifications.

Label Verification

Labels for internal and external features, size, care instructions, and material composition have been checked for accuracy.

Weight Check (GSM)

Fabric weight has been verified using a swatch test to ensure it meets the required specifications.

Packaging Inspection

Every order undergoes rigorous verification of its packaging, labels, shipping marks, and carton assortment.
