Do you handle Quality Control?
Absolutely. We implement comprehensive quality control measures throughout our production process. Each fabric undergoes thorough inspection both before and after printing. Any identified flaws are documented, and if the number of flaws exceeds our established quality standards, the fabric is returned or reprinted.
Our markers are optimized using computer nesting, and a sophisticated coding system guarantees that the correct styles are accurately cut. Each machinist is responsible for overseeing the entire garment production process, which allows for prompt identification of any marks or flaws.
Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team meticulously measures each garment, checking for defects, stains, and testing stress areas to ensure durability. Additionally, the Production Manager and Assistant Manager conduct random spot checks throughout the order cycle to maintain high standards.
We are committed to transparency and communication. We’ll provide you with photos and videos of the production process, and we can perform regular QC inspections to evaluate your products with each order you place.

A tech pack, short for technical package, is the comprehensive blueprint of your design. It includes key elements such as CAD drawings, garment details (e.g., stitching, trims, and materials), size grading specifications, and measurements. A well-prepared tech pack serves as a detailed guide, ensuring manufacturers have all the necessary information to develop patterns and create samples effectively. Throughout the sampling process, tech packs are continually updated to reflect any design changes, maintaining consistency and clarity.
